By using GuestLens you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

GuestLens provides AI-powered analysis of guest reviews for hospitality businesses.

3. Subscription plans

• Starter: Free — 1 property, 50 reviews/month
• Pro: €29/month — 3 properties, unlimited reviews
• Business: €79/month — unlimited properties
• Plans auto-renew monthly
• Cancel anytime from Settings

4. Payment terms

• Payments processed by PayPal
• No refunds for partial months
• 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers

5. Acceptable use

Users may not:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Upload false or misleading reviews
• Attempt to reverse engineer the AI
• Share account credentials

6. Intellectual property

• GuestLens owns the platform and AI models
• Users own their business data
• AI-generated insights are for internal use only

7. Limitation of liability

• Service provided "as is"
• Not liable for business decisions based on AI insights
• Maximum liability limited to last month's subscription fee

8. Termination

• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
• Users can delete their account at any time

9. Governing law

• These terms are governed by Austrian law
• Disputes resolved in Vienna, Austria
